The program proposal deadline for #NELA2023 is now past.

Please have the following information ready before filling out the program proposal form.  You will be able to make changes later as needed.

• Organization & Title
• Email & Phone

• Will there be additional speakers/moderators?  If so, please be prepared with the same information as above.  We ask that panels have no more than three speakers/moderators.  

• Program Title & Description
• Day & Time Preference (if applicable)
• Program Type (Standard Presentation, Table Talk, Poster Display)
• Program Topic (Children's Services, Technology, etc.)
• Could your session be presented virtually?
• Additional Comments (if applicable)

• Non-New England librarians/workers and non-librarians may be eligible for speaker fees and/or travel/hotel expense reimbursements.  NELA reserves the right for final approval on all fees associated with speakers.
• New England librarians/workers will be eligible for a discount on their conference registration fee.  Final discount TBD by the 2023 conference committee.  Speakers will also have the option to be SPEAKER ONLY.  This will apply to speakers coming in ONLY to present their program and who will not be attending any other conference programs or meals.
• Please note NELA cannot reimburse Table Talk Facilitators or Poster Display presenters for any travel or conference expenses.  Table Talk facilitators and Poster Display presenters are not eligible for a discount on their conference registration fees.
