Yes*, if you check out our Vendor Hall page, you can see the list of currently registered vendors (with their assigned exhibit hall space) at the top of the page. At the bottom of the page is a diagram of the exhibit hall. You will be able to choose from our available spaces when completing your registration. If the table or booth space is showing in the drop-down on the vendor registration form, that means that that space is still available.
*If you are requesting our low-cost booth share option, you will not be able to choose your space. Your space will be assigned
All tabletop packages include one (1) Monday lunch ticket and one (1) Tuesday lunch ticket. All booth spaces include two (2) Monday lunch tickets and two (2) Tuesday lunch tickets. You will be able to purchase additional lunch tickets as needed when you complete your vendor registration. Yes, we welcome vendors at all the special events.
Vendors Assemble! We have decided to offer vendor demos in an ignite format. Each session will have up to four vendors, and each vendor will have 15 minutes to present and answer questions. Our first session will be on Monday, 4:00pm. If that session fills up, we will open up session times on Tuesday, and Sunday as well. The cost to participate is $20.
Vendor registration will remain open until all spaces are sold or until two weeks prior to the event, whichever comes first.
An exhibitor service manual will be coming from our provider, Capital Conventions. Wifi is included at no charge. There will be a form to order electricity through the hotel. Please remember that booth spaces do not include any furniture.

Exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation and use of the exhibit premises, policies of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Contractual Liability Insurance insuring and specifically referring to contractual liability set forth in an amount not less than $1M per occurance, and $2M aggregate for personal injury and property damage. New England Library Association and the following entities:

A refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative fee of 20% of the registration fee, will be given for cancellations received up to one month prior to the event, by email to email@example.com.
No refunds will be issued less than one month prior to the event.
Emergencies, e.g., illness, death in the family, may be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Emergency cases must be submitted prior to the end of the event. NELA may require proof of emergency, i.e. doctor's note, etc. The administrative fees still apply.
In lieu of cancellation, vendors have the option of converting their registration fee into a sponsorship at any time, which would not be subject to administrative fees.
