NEW - Booth Share

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan


This is a low cost option designed for small and/or non-profit vendors who would otherwise be financially unable to purchase a table. Please make sure you understand the limitations before requesting this option.

Requirements:

  • Vendor must briefly explain (2-4 sentences in sufficient) why they are requesting a booth share.
  • NELA must approve all booth share requests.
  • NELA has the right to refuse any vendor for a booth share.
  • Vendor must agree to abide by the additional rules & limitations of the booth share.

Limitations

  • Vendor will share one half of a 6' x 2' skirted table with another vendor. See below for set-up example.
  • Vendor may not choose their exhibit hall location. NELA will assign the booth share location in October.
  • Vendor may not choose other vendors in their booth share. NELA will assign booth shares in October.
  • Vendor may only have one attending rep at any one time.
  • Table will be kept flush against the side rail and cannot be moved or pulled away from the side rail.
  • No additional materials, such as pop-up signs, etc are permitted. Vendor display area is restricted to their assigned 3' x 2' section of the table.
  • If there are less than four vendors in the booth share, vendor must still keep all display materials within their assigned table section and may not use any other areas of the booth.

  • (1) 6' x 2' skirted table (to be shared with another vendor)
  • (1) folding chair
  • (1) waste basket to be shared by all vendors
  • (1) exhibitor sign to be shared by all vendors

A space for attendees to escape from the overstimulation sometimes caused by conference. The space may contain items such as fidgets, adult coloring sheets, & other low stimulation quiet activities. Sponsor's name & logo will be displayed online & on sponsorship signs on-site. Sponsor may supply branded fidgets, flyers, or other items of sponsor's choice, to be set-out.

Educational Assistance Scholarship Sponsor

$500

Help an attendee come to conference by contributing to NELA's Educational Assistance Fund! Recipients will be chosen from the pool of applicants that apply for NELA's annual conference scholarship. Applicants will be asked to write a brief paragraph on how attending will help them professionally. Applications are anonymous. Recipients will be reviewed & chosen by NELA & will not be revealed to the vendor.

Vendor Refund Policy

A refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative fee of 20% of the registration fee, will be given for cancellations received up to one month prior to the event, by email to info@nelib.org. 


No refunds will be issued less than one month prior to the event.


Emergencies, e.g., illness, death in the family, may be submitted to info@nelib.org. Emergency cases must be submitted prior to the end of the event. NELA may require proof of emergency, i.e. doctor's note, etc. The administrative fees still apply.


In lieu of cancellation, vendors have the option of converting their registration fee into a sponsorship at any time, which would not be subject to administrative fees.
